Meaningful and lasting interracial relationships start with understanding how our behavior can reflect unconscious attitudes of superiority which impede the formation of genuine friendships. Copper to Gold brings these behaviors to light and offers strategies to overcome them. Based on the Bahá'í principle of the oneness of humanity, the 16-week program uses multimedia, current research on racism, and consultation and reflection to assist personal transformation.
